Van gratis offerte tot getekend contract, in vijf stappen
Everything asynchronous — the quote, the written discovery — is free. Everything that consumes live capacity — the consultation call, the 7-day demo — is paid, and both are credited in full against the build when you sign. The first consultation hour is free for enterprise, public sector, and regulated projects. A client who proceeds to a contract pays nothing net for either.
Offerte
Binnen 24 uur geleverd. Vertel ons wat u nodig hebt; binnen een dag komt er een vaste offerte terug, en die blijft 30 dagen geldig.
Schriftelijke verkenning
Wanneer niets in de catalogus dicht genoeg aansluit voor een directe offerte, bakenen wij het schriftelijk af — de eisen, de aanpak en wat er wel en niet bij inbegrepen is — kosteloos.
Adviesgesprek
Een live technisch en commercieel gesprek. Grootzakelijk, Publieke sector en Gereguleerd krijgen het eerste uur gratis; voor Particulier en Bedrijf wordt het gesprek in uw schriftelijke offerte geprijsd. Betaalde gesprekken worden volledig verrekend met de bouw.
Demo
A running, branded system on a private URL within 7 days of cleared payment. One flat fee of $2,500, credited in full against the build if you sign within 60 days of delivery.
Contract
Beide partijen tekenen, de eerste factuur wordt betaald en de bouw begint. Beide tegoeden — het gesprek en de demo — gaan van die factuur af. Wijzigingen in de omvang van het werk lopen daarna via een schriftelijke wijzigingsopdracht.
Het uitgangspunt
Asynchroon is gratis. Live capaciteit is betaald, en wordt altijd verrekend.
