这个目录从何而来
我们创办 Vavus，是因为这个世界并不真的只说一种语言，而假装如此每天都在让人付出代价。第一款产品是一台随身翻译机：带独立 SIM 卡、摄像头和离线翻译包的手持设备，在门店和线上销售。硬件产品线正在退出，好让公司专注于从中生长出来的软件平台。
那个平台就是 Vavus AI：实时语音识别、200+ 种语言的翻译、语音输入、AI 助理、加密消息，以及一套签署业务伙伴协议（BAA）的医疗交付模式，已在六个平台上线。开发并运营它，意味着要把每一个严肃产品都需要的部件建出来：身份与计费、加密消息、审计日志、私有模型服务、无需联网也能运行的语音与翻译引擎，以及一个用公司自有知识通过电话和聊天作答的客服坐席。
这些部件，连同我们与之并行运行的平台，就是这个目录。每一次合作都是对一套已有系统的定制和集成。它不是从一张白纸开始的。这就是工期以周计算的全部原因。
我们怎么工作
One written contract, one fixed quote, one named person who answers. A quote comes back within one business day of a complete inquiry; email is answered from a real inbox, usually within one business day. Support runs in-house rather than through a third-party vendor. Healthcare, finance, and public-sector work runs on its own delivery model — on your cloud, on-premise, or air-gapped where the entry's delivery modes allow it.
