Questions

The things buyers ask before they send the form.

Is it really already built, or is this a template?
Every entry in the catalog is a working system we built and run. Open any entry and you will see screens from the running product and a recorded walkthrough, desktop and mobile. What you buy is an engagement that customizes and integrates that system for you, not a copy of it handed over as-is.
Who owns the code?
You get the source code for your build, and everything you supply stays yours: your data, your brand, your content. The underlying catalog system is licensed to you under the terms you choose — yearly, perpetual, or an outright sale of the code — set out in your agreement before you sign anything. Licensing instead of a from-scratch build is exactly why your build costs a fraction of the price.
How can a demo take only 7 days?
Because the system is already running. The seven days go into your branding, your use case, and a private URL, not into building the product. The demo is a flat $2,500, and it comes off your first invoice in full if you sign within 60 days of delivery.
What if the demo is not what I wanted?
Then you walk away, and you spent $2,500 to learn that in a week instead of six months into a build. Every demo ships with a written note of what is live and what gets built during the engagement, so there is no ambiguity about what you are looking at.
What happens if it breaks after launch?
Support, maintenance, and hosting are separate, named line items in your quote: priced before you sign and never billed twice for the same work. Scope changes go through a written change order, so the number moves only when the work does. You also hold the source code and can run it yourself.
Why are there no prices on this site?
Because the same system costs different amounts depending on your data, your integrations, your scale, and whether it has to run inside a compliance boundary. Publishing a number would mean publishing a wrong one. You get a fixed written quote within one business day instead, free, and it stays open for 30 days.
Can it run inside our own network?
Most entries can be delivered on your cloud or on-premise, and entries with no external provider dependency can run fully air-gapped, with no network egress at all. Each entry page lists its delivery modes — custom media production is the one cloud-only entry.
Who are we buying from?
DCI Brands LLC, a registered US company. One contract, US law, and a signed Business Associate Agreement where protected health information is involved.
