Vavus Business Solutions

Custom software

The platform you need is already built. We make it yours in weeks.

Marketplaces, social networks, messaging, customer-service agents, private AI: 27 working systems in our catalog. An engagement customizes one into your business: your brand, your data, your infrastructure. Quote target: one business day after a complete inquiry. Demo target: 7 days from cleared payment.

No sales call required. The quote is written, free, and we aim to send it back within one business day of a complete inquiry.

Proof

You don't have to take our word for it. Every system in the catalog has working screens and a recorded walkthrough.

Open any entry and you'll see real screens from the running system, desktop and mobile, plus video of it working. Nothing on this site is a mockup, a render, or a roadmap item.

Why this works

You start from working systems, not a blank page. Here's the reason.

01

The system already exists.

Every entry in the catalog is running code, not a proposal. You can watch it work before you spend anything on a build.

02

So you're not paying anyone to write it twice.

An offshore team quotes you for building a marketplace from zero, then bills the months it takes to learn your business. We start from a working marketplace and spend the time on the part that is actually yours.

03

And you're not managing a team through a timezone.

One US company, one written contract, one fixed quote, one named person who answers. Timelines are in weeks because the hard part is already behind us.

The catalog

27 systems, already running. Pick the one closest to yours.

Every one of these is running software you can watch working. We take the closest match and make it yours: your brand on the front, your data underneath, your integrations wired in.

Customer service

Vavus Concierge

Answers your customers on the phone, on your site, and in chat — day and night — using only what your business actually knows.

  • Nobody waits on hold.

It answers by voice or text the moment someone asks: your phone line, the website widget, or a hosted page. At 2am and on holidays.

  • It never invents policy.

It answers from your documents, price lists, pages, and past support conversations, and says "I don’t know" instead of making something up. Then it hands the call to a person.

  • It books, checks, and takes payment mid-conversation.

Look up an order, hold a slot, send a payment link. Without a transfer.

Regulated industries

Healthcare, finance, and government have their own delivery model.

On-prem, air-gapped, and compliance-aware delivery is available on eligible entries: the same systems, run inside your boundary, with a signed Business Associate Agreement where protected health information is involved.

After you hit send

Here's exactly what happens next.

  1. 01

    Within one business day

A written fixed quote by email: scope, what's included, what isn't, a build timeline, and a live timeline. Free.

  2. 02

    If the catalog doesn't fit

We scope it in writing first: requirements, our approach, and the boundaries of the work. Also free.

  3. 03

When you want to see it

Most buyers want to see the system carrying their own data before they sign anything. That is what the demo is: a flat $2,500 buys your branded system, loaded with your material, running on a private URL within 7 days of cleared payment, credited in full against the build if you sign within 60 days of delivery.

  4. 04

    When you sign

The build starts, and the demo credit comes off the first invoice when you sign within 60 days of demo delivery.

Nothing on this path is charged twice, and nothing is charged before you've seen a number.

Anything we can write down for you is free. Anything that takes a person's live time is paid — except the first consultation hour, which is free for enterprise, public sector, and regulated projects — and both credits come off your first invoice.

Questions

The things buyers ask before they send the form.

Is it really already built, or is this a template?
Every entry in the catalog is a working system we built and run. Open any entry and you will see screens from the running product and a recorded walkthrough, desktop and mobile. What you buy is an engagement that customizes and integrates that system for you, not a copy of it handed over as-is.
Who owns the code?
You get the source code for your build, and everything you supply stays yours: your data, your brand, your content. The underlying catalog system is licensed to you under the terms you choose — yearly, perpetual, or an outright sale of the code — set out in your agreement before you sign anything. Licensing instead of a from-scratch build is exactly why your build costs a fraction of the price.
How can a demo take only 7 days?
Because the system is already running. The seven days go into your branding, your use case, and a private URL, not into building the product. The demo is a flat $2,500, and it comes off your first invoice in full if you sign within 60 days of delivery.
What if the demo is not what I wanted?
Then you walk away, and you spent $2,500 to learn that in a week instead of six months into a build. Every demo ships with a written note of what is live and what gets built during the engagement, so there is no ambiguity about what you are looking at.
What happens if it breaks after launch?
Support, maintenance, and hosting are separate, named line items in your quote: priced before you sign and never billed twice for the same work. Scope changes go through a written change order, so the number moves only when the work does. You also hold the source code and can run it yourself.
Why are there no prices on this site?
Because the same system costs different amounts depending on your data, your integrations, your scale, and whether it has to run inside a compliance boundary. Publishing a number would mean publishing a wrong one. You get a fixed written quote within one business day instead, free, and it stays open for 30 days.
